~ ABOUT US ~
We are a small hobby kennel in Gaston, Oregon. We live about 20 minutes west of Portland in the coastal range. Dogs have always been a part of my life. I started showing Siberian huskies in 1983 for a few years. I later got my first corgi in 2003. I just fell in love with this breed and had to have another to show. I bought my first show dog from Barb Evans – Evanwhit corgis. That puppy became Ch Evanwhit Designed by an Angel aka Jasper. Jasper was a great show dog and finished very quickly. I later acquired Westbourne Cracklin Rosie from Marilee Earle - Westbourne Corgis for the foundation of Timberside. She has produced some very nice puppies to further our breeding program.

~BUYING A PUPPY~
We only sell our puppies to approved home and where they are part of the family. All pet puppies are sold on spay and neuter contracts and with limited registration papers only. We do require you to fill out a questionnaire so we can match the best puppy with your family. Show puppies are only sold to people we get to know well and on a co-ownership. We dont sell dogs just for breeding.
All dogs at Timberside are kept in the house and are part of the family. Our puppies are born and raised in the house where all the activites take place. They will be raised around kids, cats, and other dogs. They will be started on potty training and will learn to use the doggy door.

~BREEDING & CLEARANCES~
All corgis that are used in our breeding program have been certified free of inherited eye problems and hip dysplasia through ACVO/CERF and OFA. Plus DNA tested for Vwd - Von Willebrand's Disease.
We breed to try to produce animals of exceptional quality and only breed dogs and bitches of sound temperament and structure, good health, and breed type.

I am a member of Cascade Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club, Columbia River Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club, and The Welsh Corgi League.

We follow CPWCC, CRPWCC, and PWCCA code of ethics.
